Care Manager
Location: Huddersfield (with travel across West Yorkshire)

About the Role: Lead our care team with passion and precision! As Care Manager, you’ll oversee service delivery, ensure CQC compliance, and mentor staff to provide exceptional domiciliary and specialist care.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day operations of care services
✔ Conduct client assessments and care plan reviews
✔ Recruit, train, and supervise care staff
✔ Maintain CQC standards and policies
✔ Liaise with families, GPs, and social services
We Need You To Have:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- 3+ years’ experience in care management
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Driver’s license and own vehicle

Your Mission: Ensure seamless care delivery by matching clients with the perfect carers. You’ll be the vital link between our team, families, and local authorities.
Daily Tasks: Create staff rotas and manage schedules
✔ Handle client enquiries and onboarding
✔ Monitor care quality and compliance
✔ Coordinate with social workers and families
✔ Resolve logistical challenges (last-minute cover, emergencies)
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years in care coordination/scheduling
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
- Tech-savvy (care planning software, Excel)
- Empathetic communicator
