Working Hours Regulation Agreement

The Working Time Regulation states that employees should not work for more than an average of 48 hours per week. Your contract with Manuel Divine Care Ltd will not exceed 40 hours per week. Therefore, if you are willing to work overtime for Manuel Divine Care Ltd, and in order for Manuel Divine Care Ltd to be able to offer you overtime you will be required to Opt Out of this regulation.
